Clicking Buy takes you to Stripe's hosted checkout page — we never see or store your card. After payment, Stripe sends you back to our success page, where a fresh 24-hour signed download link is generated for your PDF.

Anything Stripe's hosted page accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your browser enables them. 3-D Secure is handled by Stripe's hosted UI — you complete any challenge there, not on our site.

Within about 60 seconds of Stripe confirming payment. The receipt includes a one-click download link valid for 24 hours, plus a bookmarkable re-download page that stays open for 30 days.

The displayed price is in USD. If your card is billed in another currency, your bank may add a foreign-transaction fee on top. We don't control that — and we don't mark it up.

Not today. One edition per checkout — the $9.99 Digital PDF or the $49.99 Print edition. If you want both, place two orders back-to-back; you'll get two receipts, both delivered.

Two routes. The in-receipt link inside your confirmation email one-clicks the PDF to your downloads folder, valid for 24 hours. The persistent /orders/<token> page is bookmarkable and stays open for 30 days — re-download whenever, no repurchase.

Open your /orders/<token> page (it's in the original receipt email) and use the Resend link form. It rotates the page and email nonces and sends a fresh 24-hour link to your inbox — same day, no support ticket needed.

Your session_id wasn't in the URL — usually because the redirect was blocked or stripped. Reply to your receipt email and we'll send a fresh download link the same day.

Write to support@survivalforgepress.com from the email you used at checkout. We can re-verify ownership out-of-band and get you a fresh download link the same day.

60 days from purchase — the same guarantee we quote on the home page and at checkout. If the guide isn't pulling its weight for you, just reply to the receipt.

Reply to your receipt email (just hit reply — it threads to the right address). State the order email and the edition (Digital or Print). For print orders we coordinate return shipping only after approving the request, so don't ship anything back until we reply.

Refunds are issued the same business day we approve them. Bank posting typically takes 3 to 7 business days after that, depending on your card issuer.

On refund approval we revoke all active nonces for the order — the email link, the in-app download, and the persistent /orders page. You don't need to do anything; the link stops working automatically.

US, CA, GB, AU, NZ, and IE. Print orders to other destinations aren't available yet.

Production is 3 to 5 business days after the order moves out of the print queue, then 5 to 10 business days in transit once it ships. We'll email tracking info as soon as the carrier label is generated.

It varies by destination — USPS in the US, Royal Mail in the UK, Canada Post in Canada, Australia Post in Australia (and their NZ and IE counterparts). Tracking arrives the moment the label is generated.

Reply to your receipt email before the order moves into production — that's usually within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Once the package is in transit, the carrier handles redirects. There isn't a self-serve address form today; honest disclosure beats a broken promise.
